Q: Does the process hurt at all?
A: No. Some customers will feel a light zap but most will feel nothing at all.
Q: How long does it take?
A: Appointments are approximately 15 minutes per person, the actual soldering process only takes a few minutes.
Q: Can I remove my bracelet in an emergency?
A: If needed, permanent jewelry can be removed with regular pressure with scissors.
Q: My bracelet broke. Can it be reattached?
A: Yes! Save the bracelet and bring it back to Black River Diamond Company. We can easily reattach it.
Q: How much does it cost to be re-soldered if the bracelet is removed?
A: It is $10 to reattach permanent jewelry from BRDC and $20 if it's not from BRDC.
Q: Is there an age minimum for permanent jewelry?
A: There is no age minimum. If you & your child are comfortable with permanent jewelry, we will 'link you up'.
